Good Evening Peeps! hope everyone had a skinny day! I am coming to you now to excape the madness taht is my house...DS's each had a friend come over...MassChaos!!
I was good today - spent a day for me!

went and got my blonde lowlites in the ole hairdo, went for a strenuous bike ride, cleaned my house...(ok so that last part wasn't for me)
I made Krusteaz Cranberry muffins and added flaxseed meal...OMG they are SO yummy

you are in he right place so go weigh and get your starting point so that you know what you did last week...and get your bathing suit picture ready cuz Utah says we all have to post, you go first!

not yet- or is it? hmmm...
Snow- please dont get overwhelmed...I have set a goal of 5 lbs, and it has taken FOREVER and I am still not there yet...much bigger goal is 30-35 lbs..so if 5 is hard to lose how can I possibly do more?, weeelll the answer is baby steps. upping water, lowering cals, upping exercise...making healthy choices one meal at a time, one snack at a time...My first piece of advice, get you some food scales and measuring cups so that you can determine what the correct portion is that you are supposed to be eating...make little changes like - park at the back of the lot, take the stairs when you can...walk after eating instead of having dessert...and realize that one step backwards doesn't have to undo you...just stop and think of why you took that step backwards and what you couldv'e done differently...
this week we are focusing on our pitfalls and why we go there? sounds like yo picked a good time to come onboard!!
