Harley - Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and exercising. If you don't, all that fiber will act like a cork.

I must say this is why I have been corked!! This explains A LOT. While reading about everyones colon blows I realized that I had not had one since Tuesday Usually I am like clockwork. Oh--I just remembered I have been drinking mass quanities of water. Blows that theory. Oh well---hopefully Elvis will leave soon.

I need help--do you ever found yourself in a rut when it comes to meals. I need more WW recipes that I could cook and everyone can eat. I did WW strong from mid-August to mid-November and I just need soemthing to make. I know there are people on these boards that are doing WW that would know what is good. We eat a lot of chicken. Thanks for the help.

Hello skinny Minnies! I hope everyone had lots of water and had a "productive" day today!

Good evening ladies!! Just got back from many errands since 10am! OK so Firstly I must say it was not fun...Dh adn DS went to Mc Donalds I had water I was to fixated on the very hot fires. WE went to Walmart and got some of Lean Cuisine new meals they loog very good. WIll give my dining reviews on the new ones!!!

So, I picked up little chocoltes and yummies for DS class for Valentine's Day. DS asdked me to make my sugar cookies and cupcakes too! OMG I will be on here crying then tou you all too!! Great something to look forward to my whining! As a responsible parent I did have to sample for fesheness, OMG reese's took 2 bites and kit kats I had to get up and rat on my slef before I went into a candy attack!

So at Walmart Dh is putting cheese doodles, brownies, twinkees and chips! I wanted to just cry! SO I told him I had to look at something and be back. I went to the gym equipment section got a pedometer and bought soem fabric for DS bedroom and will make some new pillows.

Looking at all the exercise stuff and images got me refocused. Can you beleive they didn't have a virtual model to save me!! I did get back on track till the goodie back eposide!!

Thanks for lsitening to my whining! I will go back and try the Lean cuisine Lemon CHicken and oh I bought the chinese tea..let you know how I do!

Ok here we are at the end of my first official Peep Day! I had my afternoon snack (Yogurt) and for supper a big garden salad with a little grilled chicken. Now we are moving into dangerous territory. I'll have another snack right before seven, but tonight is DH and my movie night and we usually split a microwave Kettle Korn and I know I'm really gonna want it and I can't even eat anything during the movie. Man, was that enough of a whine or what? I'm gonna try hard to resist. Send good thoughts my way. Thanks Peeps!

Been at the dance team thing. If you have never been to a middle school dance and cheer competition....pray you never have to go! There is so much energy in that room, I could light up our house for the whole winter. If I had to hear the cha cha slide, macarana, chicken noodle soup or fergolicious...one more time! Please, people!

I went to Wild Oats today for the first time! Please tell me those Kashi meals are not $4.69 at Walmart?? I didn't get any....just got sea salt, soy milk, garden burgers, and spinach. YOU'D HAVE TO BE A MILLIONAIRE TO GO TOTALLY ORGANIC!!! Geez....I was shocked!

I was a-fixin to figure out what you were talkin about by lookin back at the posts but I reckon it was my mention of the buggies and hollerin. This is a cockamay place and folks look at me funny when I tell em what I did on Saturdee nite. My town talks a lot more like Cincinnati than Nashville...sadly.

Ummm....that was me and I'm tellin you my Kroger always has about 3 because they are all gone. They are the best! Good luck in your search for the elusive Thai Chicken.
