disapointing my sisters

i am takeing my two sisters and 3yr old neice to wdw for the first time in their lives away from ontario (where we live) i feel all this pressure that they have a great time if this has ever happened to you can you tell me how your trips where and were you worried for nothing. because everybody has a good time in wdw right?

Don't worry all will be wonderful! In 2001 we took my DSIL who is in a wheelchair. She hardly leaves her house let alone travels across the country, I was soooo nervous. Then I found this site and so much helpful information! Our trip was just perfect, we saw everything that we wanted and then some, ate at some of the best places, even had breakfast with Cindy! Everyone thought I was such an expert, but it was REALLY the combined knowledge of the 55,000 people on the DIS. Enjoy the planning, and ask lots of questions, it will all be worth it when you walk down Main Street.

I understand totally!!! I'm going through that right now. Actually also went through it last year. Last year we took my DH's cousin and her "new" husband (they were on their honeymoon and asked us to go ) and it actually turned out pretty well. This year, I am going with DH, mom, dad, 2 sister's and brother. I am really worried about my 17 yo brother... you know... it's not "cool" to go to Disney. I have finally said screw it... here's what I planned... either go with it or don't . I'm sure we will have a great time but if not, it's not for my lack of trying!!!!

P.S. Take time for yourself to enjoy Disney... remember this is your vacation too!!!!

You should have a great time, my only suggestion is to make sure you have a plan of some sort. Magic Kingdom today, Epcot tomorrow etc. so you can set a budget for yourself. There's a lot of great information in these boards on what days are good, when do to what etc. Don't worry about planning minute to minute, but a framework is necessary. Otherwise I fear you may end up wandering too much and overspending to compensate. (It's easy to to at WDW, especially when trying to please others...)
