Disability Access to Walt Disney Theatre on Disney Wish

Does anyone know where you need to go to to get disabled access to the show? On the Magic/Wonder I would go down and find the relevant CM in the bar area about 30 mins before the show to be able to use the wheelchair entrance (I am blind so can't see too far and can't do steps so this allows me to see the show). I know that the access area is on deck 2 but as its over multiple decks I wasn't sure where you go to request this and at what time? Thanks in advance
