) At the present, I seem to be stuck at the same weight, so I am going to take this challenge and use it as motivation to keep me going (a little extra pressure never hurts). I'm going to start a Journal as well so I can track my progress and hopefully get some incouragement from all of you!! Overall, I am hopeing this challenge gets my weight moving downward again (I've lost 67 pounds, but can't seem to make the scale move much these days) so I can get to my goal that I have set for my trip next March.



I dug out the books that I had bought months ago yesterday and found the WISH challenge and this great section of the DIS boards where I hope to learn lots and get lots of support and motivation (I KNOW I need it!)
