I'll be there tomorrow! The email says:

You’ll meet Ryno and Tom at the entrance to Epcot’s World Showcase. This is the entrance as you come in from Future World NOT the International Gateway entrance.

I'm assuming if you walk straight back from Future Workd, you'll see everyone right near the shops before the boat dock.

Bummer - sorry it wasn't more clear ... I know Lisann tried to lay it out in the separate thread and answered a few PMs about it but guess still not clear

I really did not know where to go... I was kind of near the bungalows... Very near the water.... Interesting to see cast members guarding the water...

Interesting about the CMs. We were on the beach closer to the Luau and there were none guarding the water. One came by and mentioned what angle gave the best view of the fireworks but that is it

We had glow sticks (DIS green of course) beach balls and bubbles etc - so we definitely made sure kids stayed away from water and if ball went near fence or anything we had an adult get it

Going on a solo trip is one of the most freeing experiences ever. You get to move at your own pace and do what you want to do. Make the best of it! Go on an adventure! Besides, there's 500 or so friends heading down here waiting to see you!

Took an hour to get from contemporary to then life lessens, but gladwent... I was nearly 30 mins late... Too bad it wasn't recorded. Getting some meatloaf at Prime Time, then back to EPCoT for the recording better videos thing...

I just realized, we are supposed to meet back in the registration room... I will or ably die if I try to go back there... I hope I will be able to just meet up with others at the entrance to world showcase!!

I heard a cast member tell a kid, here at Prime Time, "No tower for an hour",

He quoted Frozen allot.... Saying he had to "let t go", when it came to allot of things happening with the podcast, letting the talent flow from the team members with out himself being a control freak. That's basically the gist of it...
