Question again about donating. I asked before because I'm from Canada, so I can't do cheques, credit cards aren't accepted, and imstaying in the Disney bubble, so I can't stop by a mall/store to pick up a gift card. I know that GKTW allows you to donate through the website. Is that an option? Can I donate directly to GKTW and just show the receipt at the Meets?

This reminds me that I wanted to check out the possibility of the DHS dessert party. @msteddom is psyched for the Star Wars fireworks and since the desserts actually seem to be good, according to Craig, it might be worth it.

Some of us are doing it, but not necessarily on the same day. Check out the Star Wars thread for more info. If you want to do it, be sure to book it soon. I don't know if it's filled up or not. They reduced the capacity when they moved the actual party portion into Launch Bay. It's the best dessert party IMHO. This will be our second time this year to do it.

I believe he said they can take cash but they won't be able to give you a receipt for tax donation purposes

Excited and sad. My cousin was suppose to go with me and now she can't do this will be a solo trip. Will someone let me know if there are any meet ups? Heading to Vegas tonight with friends then flying to Disney on Thursday.

I will also be solo Friday-Sunday so you won't be alone! My daughter's flight arrives at 11:00pm Sunday night so she can join me for the podcast the next day.
