Dis thread e-mail notification.

Does anyone know why I'm not getting instant e-mail notification when someone posts to a subscribed thread? My account is set to instant notification. The messages aren't going to the junk mail in my e-mail and the addresss isn't blocked. I can't think of why I'm not getting notifications.

Mine sometimes show up a day or 2 late, and some I don't get as well. Have you checked to be sure you didn't mis-enter your email when registering? Other than that...

I thought I had set the settings to receive notification but never got anything.

I could not figure out how to be notified as there were a couple of threads I wanted to follow. I had a hard time following the instructions but ended up figuring it out. Go to User CP, then Messaging and Notifications, then Default Thread Subscription mode. Click on the drop down and you have the option to get no notifications. OR.... When you are posting to a thread, at the very bottom where it says preview post or submit reply, right below that it says additional options. It says thread subscription and then the drop down where you have a choice. Hope that helps.
