DIS Shareholders and Stock Info ONLY

Was just about to ask if anyone has seen any news.

Market is down 1% while DIS is down 6%+. it is more than a general market decline. What the heck??

DIS is by far the biggest loser in my portfolio today. Must be some news somewhere.

Man, I read this as, "why DIS is $6 this morning," and I was like...WHAT? I was thinking I should buy, that is if there was even a company left to buy! That little minus sign is important.

If it was at $6 i would have backed the truck up and bought all i could until the machine said i can't buy any more!!!!! And then I would have asked "anyone know why DIS is trading $12?" lol

Does the market not like the $4B of new debt? looks like its at favorable rates in the 4% range.
