Dynamic pricing coming to parks

They are investing in dynamic pricing. It won't come this year to domestic parks, but it will be coming in the future. They are testing it in Paris.

When most trips are planned, locked in, and paid for well in advance, how much of an effect would it have at WDW? Maybe DL, with more local visitors, it would matter more?

Tom Bricker doesn't seem bothered at all. Thinks this will likely affect peak weeks.

So a crazy thought popped in my head while skimming some of the WBD takeover articles...

A once very well respected media CEO could very well be out of a job in 2026, with the sale of WBD, and a certain company will be looking to fill a retiring CEO's job around that same time...could those stars ever align?

Who? David Zaslav? 🤣

The ZAZ!

I told ya it was crazy!

Both Paramount and Comcast offered positions for Zaslav in their bids for WBD.

It is wild how off this is based on presales. It is looking like it will do over $500M for the 5 day, nearly double what they are reporting here and we've known about that since last weekend.

China alone could come close enough to Deadline’s $270M global projection. Around $34M for the opening day there.

Moana 2 did just under $15M total for its entire run in China

Yeah, I think Zoo 2 is gonna crush. It has 93% on Tomatoes, with 96% audience. They haven't posted a Cinemascore, but it's easily an A, maybe even A+. Honestly, the work is just really strong and word of mouth is going to be strong. It could have decent legs and a nice multiplier. It's got a catchy little song from Shakira too!

I know we complain about all the sequels, but this one nailed it. It's Disney when they fire on all cyllinders, and it's magic!
