Sinclair has decided to preempt his show for their 38 affiliates. Hoping for some Andy Griffith or Twilight Zone reruns. Even some Hee Haw would be a step up.

As Paramount Skydance prepares a bid for Warner Bros. Discovery, CNBC's David Faber reported Friday an offer could land in the range of $22 to $24 per share.
Faber, citing sources, cautioned that price range was speculative and that an offer could come later than previously expected.
Faber reported Friday a formal bid could be about 70% to 80% cash, backed in part by Larry Ellison, the father of Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison.

Disney should move on from Kimmel. Would be best for their reputation and their stock price. Find somebody actually funny and that can appeal to everyone or at least equally offend everyone.

Sure, but the FCC didn’t leverage a fine as far as I can tell.

If Disney thought Kimmel was right, they could have paid the fine the FCC accessed.

Yeah it’s not the greatest of timing but it’s also been the standard to issue an increase at the end of the fiscal year to take place in the new fiscal year.

I had read a day or two ago that there was an increase coming. I have a grandfathered plan that's no longer offered, and it's going up by $5, or nearly 39%. I had already been thinking about cancelling, and this will seal the deal.
