DIS Palo Brunch for 18

I read in a trip report that the DIS board had a Palo Brunch with 18 people. How was this arranged?? Thru group coordinator? Was it arranged before embarkation? Or did someone go with cabin numbers for everyone?

Is there a separate room for the group?? I think my large group [DDL] would like to do this!

We did this on the 5/11 cruise. I know that is was organized directly thru DCL, one of the other DISers made the arrangement,and she actually wasn't coming with us!

Yes they have a separate room in Palo that we were in and Zita helped all of us, she was awesome.

See if you can find anything in the 5/11 trip reports or call DCL.

I made arrangements for brunch for 18 on our cruise last month. Yes, there is a seperate room for groups that size. It was wonderful! It was rather hot in the room, but otherwise the private atmosphere was very nice.

I made the ressie through concierge and they were very happy to accomodate us. Salvatore was our waiter and he was great.

Hi Arlene!

I sent an e-mail to our TA asking if we can contact our coordinator directly. I don't know how many other groups will be on our sailing, but I think the sooner we can arrange things the better!
