I'm on stand by for watching my niece and nephew for my BIL in case he gets called out. My sister and niece are in SoCal for a softball tournament.

I'm going to bed now. We had an uneventful day. Hung out at home mostly, but we did venture out for a trip to Lowe's. We are trying to make a stereo thing work out. We bought one about a month ago, but it doesn't work right. We thought it was the installation but now we think it's the unit. Fran is in charge of this one so I'm just in the passenger seat.

It is Saturday night here. I'm just chillin' out tonight. We have a big day tomorrow....driving out to the country to catch some raptor birds.

We are having something that resembles rain here. Not quite rain, but the streets are wet and the cats who are outside are not happy!

We're sunny with a high of 93 forecasted.

Technically it's not rain but a heavy fog/marine layer. I'm sure inland it is nice and sunny, they were saying the the high desert will see Temps of 105 today.

We've had a couple of mornings this week with the marine layer making inland to our place. Helps keep the temperature down.

How's you're weekend Bret?

It is going well. I have a graduation brunch today with my neighbor son and I have a family birthday party today. It is nice to be home after working a lot these last few weekends along with a nice trip to SoCal last week. I can't wait to go back down next weekend.

Hi to all the Fogies on Tuesday night.

I have a project/campaign launching on Friday and it's been a looong week already. Hopefully, we're all good now and its all plain sailing from here on end.
I've also got Uluru to look forward to. As vacay's go, this is probably as low-key as I get where planning is concerned. Plane tix, car hire and accommodation. That's everything I've got planned. Haven't done any research, haven't figured out what we are doing...
....at least DH and DS learnt from the Sydney trip. They both asked me if I had maps/directions printed out.

That's tomorrow's job.

All is well here. Budget passed today so leaving tomorrow night for a family reunion in Oregon.
