Hope it was a soft re-entry!

It wasn't too bad. I did a lot of packing and shipping. Mostly sending stuff to DIS friends around the country. After we dropped off stuff at the post office and Fed Ex we went to Wal Mart and bought way too much stuff. It took a while to put it all away and actually I still haven’t finished. I have to put away sodas today. It was 7PM when I finished that and I still had to cook dinner. Fran says we're going to spend time cleaning the house today. I love that. She's always so pleasant and chipper when we're doing physical labor.

It was actually the ceiling, not a fan. It is almost fixed. He has to come back a 3rd time tomorrow.

Driveway does look good!

I think he will really like it. He enjoyed back to school night and meeting his teachers.

The commute to school each day is 30 min. each way.....hoping we can find a carpool!

I was planning to attend my cousin's visitation and funeral, but ScottyKitty changed my plans. He decided to hide underneath the upstairs entertainment center and I put my back out trying to retrieve him/coax him to come out.

DH somehow introduced fleas to the cats this weekend, so it's off to the vet's to get flea treatments for both cats. Then, I'll be in search of flea treatments for the house and yard. We're pretty sure the fleas hitched a ride on his clothes while he was working on the ramp at the school. I've already alerted the principal.

We typically don't have an issue with fleas, but this year has been awful with both dogs and cats. We had to change the type of product used to get it controlled. Good luck.

Really? We have had no fleas here. YoYo hope your back is better soon! I know how you feel.

The vet thinks the fleas have become resistant to what's in Frontline so we switched to Bravecto on the dogs and something else for the cats. One of our cats and one dog lost most of their hair and had to be put on prednisone.
