About the same. The heat in our apartment seems to not be working as well as it should, so DF is gonna complain about it when he goes to pay rent tomorrow.

Unfortunately, we can't adjust the heat I haven't even heard the kitchen radiator kick on since I've been sitting here.

Can you get a reduction in rent for the month to offset how long you're without heat? That might get them moving faster.

I doubt it. Because we do have some heat, it's just still very cold in here. I've got on jeans, a long sleeve shirt, socks, and a blanket, and I'm still cold. So I'll probably put two blankets on the bed when I go to bed.

I just went around our apartment checking the radiators. We have five of them (kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room, and bedroom). Only the kitchen and bathroom ones are warm. There's also a big draft coming from the back door, both under the door and around it. So I hung up a curtain and texted DF to not come in through the back door when he gets home.

So not happy.

That really sucks. We try to fix anything within 1-2 days of the tenant reporting it. The only exception is when they report it at 4 PM on a Friday. Then it costs double or triple to fix anything so we try to take care of t the following Monday. We keep our places in pretty good shape so fixed aren't a big deal. Keeps costs down overall.
