Kewl!! Something outta my spare room!! LOL

I may have some baby toys around..I am going to check out what I have.
OMG...how did you wind up with 5 double strollers?? I can undestand car seats.. but strollers?? LOL!!!

At 6:39 AM, DGD Brigid entered this world at just over five pounds. Two minutes later, DGS Keegan joined her at just over 5 1/2 pounds. They were born by C-Section. DDIL is doing just fine, although she's not quite ready to jump out of bed and start taking care of them! DS, on the other hand, sounds like he was up all night and delivered them both himself. I don't think he did, but anything's possible!

DGD Shannan is very happy, but she's upset that we can't go to see them today, right now (9 AM). Because of the surgical delivery, they won't be able to have visitors until sometime tomorrow afternoon. If DS thinks to send home some pictures, I'll post them so you can get a good look!

Congratulations! :cheer2:

Best wishes for the new family. :cloud9:

Thanks for the congrats, Julie and Judy!

The first of the pictures are posted here. Please ignore the fact that Jim and I look like we haven't slept in days! It's been a bit busy around here with people rushing out in the middle of the night to have babies, and then people who are too excited to sleep because they want to meet the babies. I think I'll sleep like a log tonight!

Beth, they look SOOOO adorable!!! Congrats and I hope everyone is doing great!! They are beautiful and I can tell how excited all of you are for them to be here safe and sound. But don't get me wrong; even with how perfect those two are, after the week I've had with this puppy I'll be surprised if I EVER have kids!! :scared1:

I understand perfectly. I think if I had started with a puppy instead of a son way back when, I wouldn't have all those cute grandchildren today! Puppies are very cute and a lot of fun, and certainly taking care of them and training them is exhausting!

Beth

Ohhhh...Beth...they are beautiful!!!!!! I know you guys are so relieved they are here. They are beautiful, healthy babies, and I'm so happy for you guys!!!!! I love their names too.

:welcome: Brigid and Keegan! :bday:

I have to chime in with the others and say ... they are adorable! :thumbsup2

:cloud9: Get some sleep, they will soon be home. Congratulations on the new additions to your family. 2009 has already started to be a fruitful year for you and yours. :goodvibes

Ditto that :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Beth I am pretty sure I have the inserts to the diaper genie, they are a few years old but they will get the job done (don't think trash bags expire). I can mail them to you if you would like them.

We just got back from a great week at Disney. It only rained one day for about 45 minutes and the rest of the time it was absolutely beautiful. They gave us a magic kingdom view and it was awesome to be able to see wishes every night from our room.

Thanks for the congrats, Julie and Judy!

Beth..all 3 of your grandkids are just beautiful!! As an FYI...I hear that JCPenney's is having their mega markdown sales. You should try to get over there, you can probably get some great deals inbaby clothes!!

We just got back from a great week at Disney.

 I love to hear about WDW trips. What did you do while there? Where did you eat? Where did you stay?

:thumbsup2 One of my good friends that lives in San Antonio, just came back from WDW too. A spur of the moment trip. They stayed at CR. They didn't have any complaints on the construction from Bay Lake Tower. We hope to stay at BLT in December. :rolleyes1 Tick tock! Tick tock! We can't wait until we can finally try and book there. We are tentatively booked as AKV (Kidani Village). :sad2: You have to be careful booking AKV. They tried to put us in the main building (Jambo House). Good thing Bill caught it. Back to my friend's trip ... They also had an amazing time. It makes me want to go in January some time in the future. The crowds seemed to be pretty tame. What was your experience?

Whatever!!!!!!!

:grouphug: !! LOL.... just hit him in the head!!!

Yes, puppies are hard...and yours is really little. Mine is bet 3 and 4 months, so can make it all night locked up. It is hard..but once they are trained all is good. Babies are easier!!

:goodvibes We can ALL benefit from that news!!!!!! My children are growing like weeds. Cole wore a pair of pajama bottoms last night that looked like capri pants. :lmao: Those pajamas have been "retired". ;)

HE'S ON F-ING CRACK!!!!!! We just came home and he has yet to settle down. He keeps trying to bite me and I'm doing every thing I can to discourage him from doing that. Not to mention, ever since we let him out over an hour ago he keeps running around in circles through the house at 102 mph (I clocked him.) He's a little TERROR!!!! :headache: (BTW, F-ING stands for FREAKING)

:thumbsup2 Make sure to have lots of chewy things for him. Being a puppy, he is teething. I don't think YOU want to be a chew toy. ;) Also, he is happy to see you and have someone around to play with. They are like children and need attention. If they don't get it, they will do things to get attention (ie: bite or make a mess on the floor).

"Happy Parenting!" Having a puppy IS training for kids. However as they get older, dogs are better behaved than children! IMO :lmao:
