I am only down one pound, I guess I have hit that slow time that you mentioned Kat, I have kicked up my workout even more and it's not helping :rotfl: oh well, a pound is good !! i'm not complaining !! :banana:

I didn't really stick with it as far as posting to Kat, but I'd like to stick around and try to use this as motivation. Of course, going back to FL where it was warm enough that I actually felt like being outside to walk would help ;)

So, I had appoints with a personal trainer. I'm hurting after all of that. :rotfl: My thighs scream at me very time I go down stairs or sit down. lol I feel good though. Lost 1 lb since starting there. :woohoo:

I'm a true geek, I use the treadmill and have several Disney songs on my ipod so I can pretend i'm there :rotfl:

Well, I hope i'm not posting to myself, somebody better still be in this with me :rotfl: I told you, I need you people !!!!


I lost 6 pounds this week, but I put on 5 and 1/2 during my Disney trip, so i'm down 1/2 pound for the 2 week total !


I am VERY happy that I lost the weight I gained, I feel like i'm back on track again and I look forward to losing more :banana:

I gorged myself, and I tried to take it easy because of all the swelling in my leg I had while I was down there, so :confused3 Ryan thinks it's because my eating habits stink at home and I don't always eat regularly, and while I was down there I did. Hmmm..... eating more to lose weight :scratchin

That's what I've been hearing. Have your meal and some smaller healthy snacks. It keeps you burning calories all day.

like Wendy said, eating small meals is the key ! it took me forever to be able to accept this task, but I have :rotfl2: I'll give you an example of how I fit in 6 meals..... breakfast is a small bowl of oatmeal, 2 hours later I have some fruit or a granola bar, lunch is a turkey sandwich on wheat bread of course or I have yogurt & fruit, 2 hours later I have a small snack, dinner is chicken or one of those panini lean cuisines that i'm addicted to :rolleyes: and then a couple of hours later I have been eating a small bowl of a vegetable, yeah i'm weird but I love my veggies :rotfl:

I have been on many many diets and never done the 6 meals thing, the weight loss was slow to nothing, that's very discouraging and why I have failed so many times in the past ! the quicker you see the pounds go down on the scale, the more motivated we get :banana:
