DIS Ladies Only Trip 2007 WISH!

DH and I are doing Kelly's soup diet starting 6/2. My son says he wants to do it too. I'll keep you posted.

Well, I read them the requirements of the diet last night and they both want to give it a try. So, June 2 is the date. My son graduates on June 1 and we have a dinner scheduled at Buca di Beppo that day. So, the next day it is!

Remember to take it easy when you switch back to regular eating. Your stomach will thank you. :)
 
Considering how bored I have been this weekend, I think I did fairly well overall. Stress and boredom are two big catalysts for me.

I am up 3lbs this week... I can pack it on so much quicker than I can take it off :rolleyes:

What a bad week and today didn't start out much better - my friends birthday yesterday and we had a bit of a celebration here at work...

Considering that I go there to stay sane I found that amusing.

I know I have to Kat... I was telling myself that as I drove through the McD's drive thru today. I had 45 minutes to fit in a 30 minute drive, stop at grocery store and supper. I'd already had Subway for breakfast...

I know that is not a good excuse but I always find ways to convince myself that it is. :rolleyes:

Have fun in Orlando. You'll do great with all the walking and keeping up with the kids :banana:
 
I actually got my lazy rear into Curves for a working out today. :woohoo: It's about freaking time! :rotfl:
 
I'm baaaaack! Up a couple of pounds. We (DH, DS and I) started Kelly's Sacred Heart diet today. So far so good for me. Pineapple slices for breakfast and soup for lunch. Not bad. I am not sure it will be good for my son, however. He is starting football camp tonight and so far has not had more then an apple and a bowl of soup.
