rent one for the day unless you want one like I have.... Mine likes to just stay at what ever hotel we are staying at and lounge by the pool ... he will not go to any of the parks... he will want to go out to eat...he will set up all the PS's for you. He will go to DownTown Disney to stroll around... and even venture off property to the Premeir Outlet Mall.... any takers???? Oh... if it is raining.... and you happen to take the resort bus to any of the parks... you can call him ....he will come out in the rain & pick you up at the park... that is a plus for him LOL

This has been so funny! I am another one that would have to rent because no one would want mine. He spends 95% of his time (when he is not at work or sleeping) on the couch in front of the TV, his only excercise is walking to and from the refrigerator and using the remote control. He does hardly any house/yard work, has never used email and has no idea how to use the internet. He is not very much fun and ruins every vacation we go on so I do not invite him when we go to WDW. You are all very lucky if you have a husband who is fun and enjoys vacations.

Josh, while I am an old married lady I think it would be safe to say that you should have no trouble finding a Disney princess around here. LOL

Just remember that two can live as cheaply as one in a DVC.

Karyl, sending you much sympathy. Think you should know it gets worse though. Your description fit my hubby to the tee but now he is retired. I am seriously considering putting a mirror beside the bed so I can check and see if he is still alive some mornings (ok more like afternoons) when he wakes up.

If I ever find the person who spoiled him I am a goin' to get 'em. Oops, that would be me. (hanging my head in shame for setting the woman's movement back at least a generation or two)

One bright spot is that you are still able to go and enjoy yourself. Could have one who would not let you go either. I would never get away going on vacation alone. The only times I have gotten away have been my frequent hospital stays. LOL


Lisa, we do not even have a bride for Josh and here we are planning a wedding. Just like women! LOL The only singles we have over at the EWP are probably too young for him. Should be interesting to see what happens. Josh, please post your resume and see what happens. I live vicariously nowadays and need the excitement. (grin)
