He's a pro at shots - he's had to self inject blood thinners for weeks. Needles are no problem.

Bathroom manners - perfect!!!!

Ha, ha, ha! ROFL

You guys are too funny! Thanks for a great laugh! :wave2:

And Minnie's Mate, sorry I don't qualify for what you're looking for. Are there any wives who love to clean, cook, iron, mow and wash the car, etc? :teeth: If you find one I need to borrow her to help out my poor husband! :Pinkbounc In fact maybe we can go to WDW while she is here cleaning! :earsgirl: :earsboy:

I'm so glad I read this thread! :wave2:

Well, I'm spoken for during the first two weeks after Memorial Day...we are taking my younger son to WDW to celebrate his 4th birthday. After that, I might be able to find an excuse to go back to WDW...heck, who needs an excuse!:earsboy:

Lisa AF,

I don't have a husband and since you said he was handsome, I will take him. :teeth: :teeth:

LOL.

goin2disneyagain, 36 days, WOOHOO! Your signed up! I'll be sure he has new duds and a haircut.

LisaAF,

Alright!!!! I will be ready. It's getting close now. :teeth: It's a good thing he loves Disney. ::yes::

My spouse, 70 years old, great health, retired four years, sleeps until about 10-11 each day, walks through dining room to kitchen to watch tv and await meals at noon and 6 pm with a snack about 9. Back to bed about 10 pm. Not handy, does not do yardwork, watch children and knows nothing about computers.

On the good side, he is always willing to go to DW, as long as I can figure out where the money is coming from and I never have to share the computer with him. I pack and drive.

As long as he gets to eat regularly he does not complain much.

If I ever figure out who spoiled him so rotten I will get them! (grin)

Can't wait to see if I get any takers on this model. Anyone ever read "Ransom of Red Chief"? LOL

Linda,
Lots of us girls LOVE to eat so maybe he would be a good model for the Disney Dining experience!

:rotfl: This is just cracking me up! I love getting on here each morning reading this thread!

Lisa, you had better really love to eat. His current record is 6 hours at the all you can eat Lobster Feast in Orlando. I take a book with me when we eat out. I am very well read. LOL

PS, I have no bad habits of my own. (grin)

You know i was thinking.... instead of putting fabreeze on him inbetween swaps you should buy cologne of your choice and let him use it. Boy would he have quite a collection at the end of the swap.

On another note... i could add my dh in the swap. He is very good with kids, love to coach their sports--doesn't matter what sport--loves them all! He is a mean drywaller. He just gutted out our bathroom and remodeled it all by himself and it only took him almost a year to do! Thank god we have more than 1 bathroom huh!!!;)

This is a cute thread!!! Thanks for sharing!!!:p

pkasbohm, I think our hubbys could be best friends right down to the drywall thing. He dabbles in home projects too. Our bonus room took 1.5 years to complete and was $1500 above budget!!!

SlightlyGoofy, do you really take a book. That is so funny. I can just picture the management in the back plotting on how to get you out!!!! I love to eat lobster and read, lucky you!

Lisa, I sure do take a book but must confess that I carry a book in my car and purse most all the time as I cannot sit still without something to read.

Don't got to worry about my husband taking too long to do a home improvement project. He does not do 'housework'. It is quite amazing what he considers to fit under that umbrella. He tells people that I am the boss. Says he has seen the job and does not want it. (shaking head)

The first few years of marriage I thought he might be a bit slow but since then I have come to discover that he is just plain smarter than I am. If he does not learn how to do anything, he does not have to do it.

I had better watch out or I will have all your hubbies calling mine for lessons. On the upside, if he charges enough, I could pay someone to do the 'household' chores. Ummmmmm~!!!

well don't know if anyone will swap for my DH.. he is a BIG Disneylover, we own DVC at OKW , he will ride the mountains - splash, space and thunder.. he is not into the going around in circles thing.. so no Mission space or tea cups..BUT he will do cammando style park visiting for 2 weeks straight..

likes to eat cheap, doesn't drink acohol..doesn't do any house work, makes pasta and canned red sauce, milk shakes, and english muffin pizzas...

great with the kids, loves to camp..

I have him with us for the first 2 weeks of july at WDW... then he could help others enjoy the magic...

I'll trade for a week if someone can paint or fix things around the house, maybe a plumber or landscaper???

sounds like your husband outsmarted us all!!!! Maybe I should try that on my husband--no housework, laundry, dishes--oh how i could so live with that!!! I wander if that would work during the day when i am taking care of 10 kids?!?!?!:hyper:

Lisa

Isn't that the way it always goes--it takes longer and it always cost more--hhmmm....go figure....if you wouldve just hired a contractor we would have it done twice as fast and probably just a little more moolaah!

ok as a male new to the boards,,, help....:P afraid i gonna get swapped,, up until traffic accident in oct was a master carpenter, painter, journey man plumber, have degree in landscape design, can cook,, and not bad the cleaning thing( although we have 11 yr old dd that draws that chore most the time) problem is i love wdw much as anyone,, and i dont ride the rides:) i ust love the atmosphere. anyawy we had to cancel this years trip due to medical reasons ( still doing facial reconstruction ) after wreck,, was really looking forward to it too... hmm swap might work though,, have to think about it,,, froggy

Lisa, I fear that you suffer from the same failing as I do, not lazy. We would have to undergo a lobotomy so that the dirt would not bother us as well. Only way it will work is if we take off for an extended vacation at DW alone and let them wallow in their own mess.

Ten kids? Lady you deserve a break! LOL I love kids and do much volunteer work with them but doubt that I would have the ability to withstand so many for so long. (bowing to you with much respect)

Around here I am the contractor. Have been known the dig up the septic tank to save a few bucks. I do plumbing, minor electrical, painting, wallpapering, just finished laying carpet. lawnwork, can change my own oil, tiling, gardening,as well as bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan. LOL Guess I am too darned smart for my own good. The upside is that I save so much money doing these things for myself that I have money left to go to DW!!!! Will be there in just 31 more days. Have added one more day with the proceeds from my recent yardsale. 12 days booked!!!

SG/Linda

Who is looking forward to some R&R
