i have combined last week and next weeks health check-in,as i wont be here next week. :teeth:

I'm not doing very well at my weight loss.
I only want to lose 9 lbs, and I thought I'd lost 4 lbs over the weekend but then when I was at the gym, I noticed that I hadn't, and therefore the scales at home must be wrong (doh!!).

I must change my signature actually! Boo hoo!

Anyway, I will try and join in.

So do I just post you once a week to say if I've lost anything?
When do I do this?

Also, are you still doing your walk to WDW?

I am doing mine in KM rather than miles as the stuff at the gym is all in KM.

Have done 101KM now.
Am well chuffed.

Have broken it down into 16 lots of 432KM so it doesn't seem so far.

Almost a quarter way through my 1st 16th.

Oh, when I put it like that, it sounds dreadful! Oh well, I will keep plodding!!
Will get there eventually!!

Just keep going , and you will lose it, some weeks are harder than others, but eventually it will start to come off.
weigh yourself each week and let us know how you get on!
we all help and support each other on the this thread, which helps keep us all motivated :cheer2:
my walk to disney is very slow at the moment! as i cant walk too much in a day at the moment! your doing really well!! :banana:
 
Tink keep going and the weight will drop off. :) I have had another good week and lost another 1lb. So thats 3 stone 4lb since January :cool1: :cool1: This is the first time i have ever stuck to a diet and the support from you guys has really helped me and spurred me on :) So thankyou :cheer2:

Well done to you all :)

I have had a fairly good week (despite a slight glitch on Saturday when I accidentally ate 4 slices of pizza :rotfl: ) and have lost 4 lbs, making a total of 16 lbs in all.

Still want to lose another 12 lbs in the next 5 weeks (but would be happy with just 5 lbs).

Keep up the good work.

wow! :Pinkbounc wilma 4lbs this week, thats great!! keep going and i bet you will lose that 12lbs in the next five weeks :flower:
 
what a bad week i've had . got weighed before and have put on 4lbs!!!!
i blame it on the camping weekend :rotfl2: the fry up brekkie and the fish and chips, oh and the wine and the big bar of galaxy choccie an all :rolleyes:
oh well, back to being back on my points this week!!

Thanks for taking care of the Dis-Dieting thread, please feel free to carry on as I'm not setting a very good example at the moment. After my WDW holiday I lost all enthusiasm for dieiting and after spending two weeks in the New Forest, I have put on loads (not that I'm going anywhere near a set of scales). I am hoping to join in again in a couple of weeks, once the kids have gone back to school.

So carry on the good work Netty !!!

hope you had a good holiday!! I never bother dieting on hols, no point really as i diet 50 weeks of the year, so i think i'm entitled to a break :rotfl: you'll get back into it in no time.
well, after such a disastrous weight gain last week, (choccie was lovely though :teeth: ) i have been very very good up to now ;)
I don't get weighed til wednesday though, so only 3 more days left to make sure my halo doesnt slip :rotfl2:

Well done to everyone
It's been a hard two weeks, husband has had a week off and we went out for days, been eating chips chocolate etc
I've put on 2lb back to the diet this week now he's back to work.

Hi,
well I had a slight slip on my diet (which lasted about 4 weeks!!) but I restarted today. I wrote a list of reasons I want to lose weight last night and have put it on the wall to try and help keep me motivated, and if it doesnt work well it will be something to read whilst Im tucking into a bar of chocolate! Its only 12 weeks till Disney so Im going to give it a real go.

I think it will be easier for everyone to get into their diets once september comes and the kids go back to school, hopefully i'll be back in work and back into a proper routine.

My diets non existant at the mo as I've started a major DIY job at home, stripping wallpaper, wood replastering, knocking walls about etc, so I'm spending every evening stuck up a precarious ladder over the stairwell hanging on for dear life!, because of this tho' I'm not snacking in front of the telly so hopefully by the time I'm done on this redecorating lark (hopefully at the weekend) I shall see the benefit of a few pounds.

I lost 4lbs this week. but i did put 4lbs on last week so i am back to square 1!

Yes Netty, I'm now officially a stripper!!! hopefully once I've finished I'll be looking more Demi Moore than Dawn French but I doubt it!
