I'm not doing very well at my weight loss.
I only want to lose 9 lbs, and I thought I'd lost 4 lbs over the weekend but then when I was at the gym, I noticed that I hadn't, and therefore the scales at home must be wrong (doh!!).
I must change my signature actually! Boo hoo!
Anyway, I will try and join in.
So do I just post you once a week to say if I've lost anything?
When do I do this?
Also, are you still doing your walk to WDW?
I am doing mine in KM rather than miles as the stuff at the gym is all in KM.
Have done 101KM now.
Am well chuffed.
Have broken it down into 16 lots of 432KM so it doesn't seem so far.
Almost a quarter way through my 1st 16th.
Oh, when I put it like that, it sounds dreadful! Oh well, I will keep plodding!!
Will get there eventually!!
