Hello all!

Well well well! This week has been interesting to say the least, I think so far I have done well, I haven't eaten out or had fish and chips so hopefully I will have got past the 1.5lbs needed to get me into gold membership!!;)

I went to the gym yesterday,did 1.5miles of running, 5 miles of biking, 50 sit ups and then had a reat on the toning beds!::yes:: i really felt it afterwards though! The backs of my legs were aching like never before, i think this was because on Saturday afternoon I spent 3 hours weeding my back jungle oh I mean garden:hyper: !!

So the poof will be in the pudding tonight is weigh in night!!! Da da daaaaaa!

I will let you all know how I get on! Good luck to all for this week, hope you all do well!

Had a really good week. Have been exercising almost every day. Friday is my monthly weigh-in and hopefully, fingers crossed I've lost.

ha ha! I think I am becoming an addict!! I quite enjoy the exercise now!!!??? How weird!!:crazy:
 
I had lost 1lb last night!!! I have two weeks between weigh ins now though as it's bank holiday monday next week. I should get Gold membership then!!! YEHHHH!!!!

Oh yes I am off to aqua aerobics tonight too! SHould be fun will let youy know how I get on!!

I didn't go to aqua aerobics in the end. I must admit that DMIL and DFIL took DH and I out for a meal.

and I had CHOCOLATE CAKE and ICE CREAM!!!!!:p

well done everyone!! We all appear to have had a good week this week with some good losses!!

I am going to try hard over the weekend to be good. I went and stocked up on Boots Shapers crisps and chocolate yesterday and I shall take some of them with me for our weekend away to stop me picking at the more full fat options!:teeth:

Since I completed the Stay Off The Scales Challenge on the Wish boards I have decided only to weigh myself on the last Friday of the month.

Well today was the day and I've lost 8 pounds. I guess all the exercise I have been doing has really paid off.
 
well i'm reporting in ... only lost half a pound, bit disappointed as i have been good for 2 weeks and can't think why it is coming of very very slowly :confused:
oh well i'll keep going
