Im wondering if i need to get in training for the weekend.
Now im not saying youre all alcoholics however, i hardly drink these days. so i think i'll have to get in training as i dont want to be a total lightweight.

I know its a great idea to bring some drinks to have in the rooms. just wondering how much to bring? A couple of bottles?

I'll be bringing a couple of bottles of white zinfandel with me Usually we end up in someones room on the Friday afternoon and just chat, it's a lovely time to get to know people, and people just drift in as they arrive

I would have said I was a lightweight too but I did lots of training in WDW in June!

I will be bringing two or three bottles, although I am driving down so it's easier for me to bring than the people coming via train.

I'll just get a couple then as i usually buy loads for my sons helpers at school and i was going to get them tomorrow.

I am driving by myself so plenty of room for booze, if anyone wants me to bring anything as they are travelling by public transport I cna assist if given a name of the item and I can get it at Sainsbury or Tesco

just been catching up on the ton of stuff i missed on the thread! have put my votes in for dinner although all the menus looked good to be honest will also be bringing a touch of alcohol with me no doubt. have no idea what I am going to pack yet, you all seem so organised!
Very sad jen isn't going to be with us any more, especially as she was my roomie, so if anyone does need a bed space and wants to share let me know

Will decide on the night if it's Reflex or drinks in a bar. Sorry to rush but my brother and sister-in-law are here for the night and I haven't seen them for a couple of years. Off to Prezzo courtesy of Mr Tesco

Will try and look at menus tomorrow but I'm happy wherever we decide.

Don't worry about being a lightweight Nicky - so am I Seriously, I only really ever drink on the girly weekend or when Nat's here (she's a bad influence on me ).

Having said that, no doubt we will be bringing some alcohol with us - I tend to drink cocktails or alcopops though - I'm not into wine or beer.

I know BethEjo has popped into this thread a few times saying she wished she could come but all the rooms were booked.
I did say there were a few without roomies.
May be worth sending her a msg to see if she wanted to come. Or you could start a new thread, you never know if someone wants to come but think its too late.

Nat and I were discussing this last night - I think we can check in at 12 but we're looking to get there for about 1.30-2ish, I believe.

Would just like to add that Nat and I are happy to host Friday afternoon/pre-dinner drinks in our room. I know I suggested earlier in the thread the idea of a room crawl but, as we won't know room numbers in advance, that is going to be difficult to coordinate.
