Shorts, I am sorry, the purpose of putting a rule about being a member by November is I didnt want to see people sign up just to get into this contest. I know you can't PM yet but if could demonstrate your a family member or have someone from the board vouche for you I would consider it. I hope you understand that the rule was put there with the intention of protecting the contestants from having someone just come to take prizes away.

That's my guess, yes. I can only imagine the chaos the judges would have, if they had to visit 20+ rooms! The timing alone would be almost impossible, not to mention the judges having to wait in lines. Makes sense to me to use pictures.

Not only that, with the pictures judges don't know who you are! So it is a contest based on your room building skills alone and not a popularity contest
I feel it puts everyone on a level playing field and gives everyone a 100% equal opportunity to win!
