Ill answer that for you...he wants to go for basketball....maybe a minor in baseball ;) When he was younger he asked us once "What do the players (I forget what sport we were talking about at the time) do in the offseason?". He really thought you could go to college to play sports (ok, some people sort of do, but....). :lmao:

Anybody else watching "America's Got Talent"?!

That microphone is as big as that little 4 yr old! And "Tina" was fallin' out of that dress a minute ago!:scared1: :rotfl2:

Mornin' ya'll... Just watchin' TWC....I'm worried about Ike for our FL peeps!:scared:

Morning all!

Be safe everyone on the east coast. Ike is gonna pack a wallop wherever he may decide to go. I am personally hoping he hooks it to the right and heads out to sea.

Not much going on here. School has been in. Usual schedule kinda stuff.

Don't watch AGT -

And still no puzzle.

Woe is me:rotfl2:

OK Leetle Pirate has found my keys at set off the trucks alarm. Gotta go now.

um, no, no you don't. We'll talk. (of course you DO NOT want to go to the OTHER/WRONG school either... ick!)

nothing to report here. One a/c unit won't turn on. Much hot upstairs. Cousin's shower is Sat :dance3: Type A mommy comes tomorrow (Cheri will be ... crazy and/or imbibing by 2:00 'cuz.... 'cuz and 'cuz it's 5 o'clock in NY). Have to churn out a directory for 709 kids at Cassie's school by Oct. 1st. :surfweb: Car is beeping at me for a visit to dealer's. Must be homesick. It's been almost 6 months since its slast visit. D*mn German engingeering. Am thinking of trading in a kid for a dog. Which kid is a toss up at this point. Only a 161 days until summer.

So-o-o, Cam! How was your first day of MS? DS finally tried the hot lunch today...he was waiting for the lines to decrease a little bit. They were pretty long at first while everyone got used to their new choices and a new cafeteria system. I forgot to ask him but I guess he must've remembered his new PIN # ok....he said he had a hamburger and milk. Surprise, surprise.

Redskins play tonight...DH has a class...he will come in & plop himself down in front of the TIVO...

Must be a drinking kind of a day...I just said to DH I think Im going to have a beer. I never drink during the week(well, when I was with you guys I did, but normally, I don't). Im ready. I screwed up Cam's information card. I had about 6 forms to fill out and got to that one and put in all Colts info...its CAMS card. UGH

Hey Annie,

Cam tried replying to your PM to thank you for the Boo, but he couldnt because he has under 10 posts. I wouldnt let him make another post now, I forced him in the shower. ;) But he says thanks and he had on a :thumbsup2 and a  for you.

Well, here's how our evening is going:

The class avg. for the first Social Studies test in Molly's class was 85%. 23 students took the test. When the 24th student joined the class and took the same test, the class average went up to 85.5%. What grade did the new student earn on the exam?

and

Martin is training for a marathon. The table below shows the total number of miles he has run ea. week for the first 6 weeks of his training. What is the mode distance that Martin has run?
wk 1 = 47
wk 2 = 35
wk 3 = 53
wk 4 = 52
wk 5 = 47
wk 6 = 56

and

The product of 4 counting numbers is 210. The mean of the numbers is 4.25. What are the numbers?

:headache: (And this is supposed to be a "review". I am flunking already!):rotfl:

No gifts here either. What gives? After so many cruises maybe you don't get gifts anymore:confused3
Dodged another bullet with Hanna but Ike is at the front door knocking. We need prayers from you all and lots of pixie dust:wizard:

mode distance is 47, the rest... I'll get back to you. Closest I could get is 5,6,7,1 for the counting numbers but those aren't exactly "counting in a row" if that's what they are asking....

first one.... Phylllis doesn't do word problems after 5:00pm:laughing:

At Back to School night, Bab's teacher told us that what we did in 7th/8th grade, they will be responsible for memorizing this year (5th). Hmmm. the competition on which kid to sell narrows down.:rotfl:

That would seal the deal for me!!:rotfl2:

Alright...as a "Professional Weather Channel Watcher" me thinks our FL peeps need to nail everything down and evacuate before Ike gets there!! Ya'll come up here and I'll go change the sheets in the spare rooms!:thumbsup2 Betsy - we will have a batch of Mojitos and watch TWC!:goodvibes
