ooohhhh Prickly Pear Margaritas are good!!
Might have to check out the "Cooler".
I sampled the Prickly Pear Cooler at that party that I shadowed last month. It was good but it was made non-alcoholic for tasting purposes - I could see a dab of vodka making that REALLY good!
I can't believe I didn't think about the fact that I should set up a separate bank account for this venture. So I set up a yahoo email acct. for it yesterday & transferred over all of my contacts that I will want to have in it and then went to go set up my website and realized that I have to tie it into my bank account with the routing number etc. SO-O, I didn't finish the website thing yet - I will need to go to the bank on Monday first and get that squared away THEN come home & set up the website.

I will post the website info. of course as soon as I am "up & running"!! I want to get done so I can also blast out an email notice to everyone too 'cuz their Spring / Summer stuff ends on Sept. 7 and then the Fall / Winter stuff comes out on Sept. 8. So stuff like the Prickly Pear Cooler is only available thru Sept. 7. ALSO, some prices are going up on the 8th with the new fall line - like on Nana's Apple Cake, Absolutely Almond Pound Cake, Cinnamon Muffin Melts, Truffle Fudge Brownies, the Beer Bread (reg. and wheat) and "Warm the Oven! Savory Cheese Dip"!! So I want to let people know if they want any of those items they should order them by the 7th!!

I am not patient enough for all this procedure!!!!
I stink. I need a shower. Then I need to go to the grocery store to pick up a few items for this dish I am taking to the neighbors cookout this afternoon. Oh, and I need to make that bucket full of water balloons. Since I always make such a mess with those maybe I should do those first.

At one point a LONG time ago Tastefully Simple had this sauce mix called Asian Zen. VERY tasty...we loved it. So when they discontinued it I bought all of it that my consultant had on hand!

I am still using it but am down to like my last 4 packs. It was a dry mix that you add olive oil & water to - so it's a little hard now but I just kneed it a little in the package before I open it.

I put it on either Rice Noodles or Angel Hair pasta with some spring onion, a dab of cilantro, red pepper strips and asparagus tips and then chill it.

Sometimes I add some shrimp but I won't today 'cuz it will be sitting out for awhile. Anyway, I should "get with it".
