BBQing, pools, tans, mid 80s....you guys are killing me. We had 1 warm...well, not really cold day yesterday and winter is coming back. Tomorrow looks to be 48 and cold soaking rains. Looks like my plans are 2 cancelled soccer games.

Gotta love New England...and weathermen! Woke up to pouring rain this morning, ok, no way the games are on. Before long the rain had let up and we got an email, Games On! Ok, Im thinking Ill need gloves, winter jacket with hood in case it rains again, etc... Now I just sat out at the field in only pants and a sweatshirt felt warm with not 1 cloud in the sky! WTH????

I'm not complaining but....

Good Day here...
Last night we had a really nice dinner then decided to go to an outdoor grill in Palm Beach Gardens because the local radio station is there on Friday nights...WOW!! We had a great time sitting and watching the meat market!!! We both commented that we are SOOO glad to be out of that...really great people watching but also sad at the same time.
Had a bottle of wine at dinner and then two apple-tinis at Oakwood.

Woke up early (thanks Sami!!) and then we went to Jamba Juice before heading to Sawgrass. Got som new un-mentionables and a set of hot rollers that I have been wanting since I have grown my hair out

Had lunch at Bahama Breeze ...


For dinner, I am having a glass of tea!!!!
(i did check my weight tonight and haven't gained anything..so that means if I hadn't pigged out for 2 days, I might have lost another 5lbs this week!!)

hey..see my new avatar..I don't know if I told you all..my mom crosstiched that fireman/mickey for Rick for Christmas..it hangs at the top of the stairs where we have his helmets and another fire truck piece she did....the thread that is used on the yellow strips on his bunkergear actually glows in the dark...very cool mom...I just love it everytime I see it!

Cheri - I also DO NOT LIKE GIN and hope the martini tasting on our cruise is with vodka! Gin smells like pine needles! YUK! I can drink 6 martinis before I need an escort (at least in my mind)!

Wine tasting....dunno 'bout that one....since I'm OK with the stuff in a box I might not fully appreciate it!

We were supposed to get rain today but it went south of us...but the sun came out this afternoon and it actually turned out to be our 3rd 75 degree day in a row!!!! WOW!! DH and I worked outside (I play WV trailer trash and put on my bathing suit top with my shorts while I worked! ) He mowed and trimmed for the first time and I worked on mulching some tree beds. I had let them go pretty bad last summer & didn't keep up with the weeds / grass so today I paid dearly for it. Had to get the pick axe out and basically remove sod it was so bad. I have a cold and allergies...so I have been a sneezing mess the past couple of days. Tonight it cools back off to lows in the 30's and high's in the 50's for a few days. SPRING!

DH went to go pick up some goat for dinner....I smelled someone doin' a BBQ tho while ago and I was so jealous....but I got nuthin' to grill right now!

ok, folks...
Johnna and I have been trying to keep this a "sea-crud", but before anyone panics or thinks they can't participate because they aren't crafty ... Johnna and I are making the fish extenders herein after to be known as FE's for everyone. All 10 cabins. We like to try and be creative. So all you have to do is come up with ONE thing to give each family (there are 10 staterooms - so you need 10 of something). You can make it (WDW recipes or your favorite recipes), Disney pencils or notepads, something that represents your area of the country (If I was in Arizona, I might bring pickled cactus. thank goodness I'm not. And, I can't bring fish tacos on the plane so you are safe there as well.)

If you absolutely do not want to participate, please PM me ASAP as all the FE's will be finished in the next few weeks. If you need creative or inexpensive ideas, let me know and we'll think of something.

There will be a schedule for each family but only I will know what it is (ok, Johnna too) too preseve the mystery (oooh ahhhhh ). Feel free to deliver things on more than one night, but we are only asking each family* to deliver "gifties" one night. I will of course, supply stateroom numbers unless, of course, you like combing the halls looking for FEs
