I am officially mad mad mad now!!! I have been waiting over a year to eat @ Le Cellier and get the bbq maple filet with cream cheese potatoes. Guess what the new chef did....

Tim - no kayaking for us. We are going to snorkel in Nassau and do nothing but swing in the hammock at CC. Neil is making some noise about para-sailing with Beano and Cassie. ??

Does anyone know if the bike rentals at CC have baby seats?? I might want to drive Linden around until she passes out so I can swing in the hammocks and do nothing else.

And do we have a final decision on the brunch thing??

And anyone else really concerned we are on this boat by ourselves?? Not concerned really...because that would be AWESOME - but you know. No traffic here. Maybe our entire boat is Non-DIS'ers!!

RJ - how'd ya find that thing on the MD Science Center? I'm not sure how I feel about looking at skinned humans... Maybe 'cuz I just ate dinner?! (No questions for Beano!!) Sorry about your menu issues at Le Cellier...I hate when restaurants screw up a good thing!

Betsy - we will probably also do the Cat. snorkel on CC. I kinda wanted to do one on Nassau which would be longer but then we made other plans for those 2 days...but so I want to go on that one as that would be the only other chance to go....it sounds like it's a pretty short one so I guess they don't go very far away. Do you know which day you will do that? I think it's a morning excursion, although since it's short there should be time for them to do 2 per day. Usually morning snorkels are best tho. We last snorkeled in Hawaii which is hard to beat so I won't hold my breath for it to be all that - I just want to go. I prefer deep water to off shore most of the time...

TZM - we used to have a 2nd gas tank - I am not sure whatever happened to it. We maybe put it on the mosquito vac thingy when we got it?! Maybe. I don't know. I want a GAUGE for it. That's what I need. We usually go thru about one tank per summer but we usually run out / refill smack dab in the middle or something...

THAT is adorable Ophie! I love to see all the unique ideas that everybody comes up with! I seriously need to stock up on more ink tho...I had bought a big triple combo pack at Costco last year and the suckers don't work!! I get errors on my printer & it won't align the cartridges! It's been a really, really long time since I've trekked up there...wonder if they'd take 'em back now? Without a receipt? I know I probably paid like $70something for the package...

Cheddar is not like American silly girl!!! It is a different texture and much thicker (that's what I use to make grilled cheese's with). But I think you should try it like this at least once before you go changing it! I mean, otherwise how would you know what you would want to change?!

Cool pic, RJ! Can't wait to see it. And sorry, about the menu change. I think I'm in the same boat. I haven't heard any uproar on the boards, but I looked at a new menu for YSH and it looks like the Prime Rib is gone...OMG that was HEAVEN! I'm hoping that new menu isnt right or Im missing it or something crazy like that, but I'm guessing its gone.

I would say dont count us for brunch. If we decide to do it we will probably do it on our own since I dont want DH intruding on the girl thing.
