I've been WW and am tracking everything I eat, even when it's a lot of points. Also tracking my sleep and exercise through the fitbit. I do not get enough sleep. Exercise is improving, the treadmill helps. I hung some workout clothes on the bathroom on the main floor so I don't have to go all the way upstairs to change, trying to make it convenient as possible. Today is cold outside but it is supposed to warm up later in the week. Fingers crossed the rest of the snow will melt!
Sleep is so important!!!! I'm very lucky that I rarely have trouble sleeping. That is a great idea of keeping your clothes somewhere more convenient. I love that WW makes you really " think" about how you want to spend your colors/points.
One thing I wish is that my produce, specifically vegetable, drawer was higher in the fridge so I would see that stuff better. I tend to forget what's there and then it goes bad. Fruits are a bit easier since kiddo eats them mostly and will ask for what he wants.
I can totally relate to that struggle. Youngest DS was like that. Now that he's 18, he is more open to different foods. It wasn't until he was about 15 that he started trying different veggies and fruits. It was a constant struggle - especially with oral sensory issues. He's coming around now. But it has taken many meals, and saying I want you to at least try it. He will eat a ceasar salad, and a tossed salad like you would get at Olive Garden. He eats some veggies now, not alot, but at least some. I am hopeful that as he gets older, he will learn to enjoy more veggies and fruits. It definitely doesn't happen overnight.
