So poo...........Disney has cancelled their Disney Vacation Connection that sits on your desktop to countdown to your next trip! It was really cool, you could make your suitcase look all princess like, or pirate, etc. You could do the daily trivia, watch short videos of stuff around the parks & cruise line and get info, tips, trivia & reminders to set dining ressies, etc. It has been having some issues lately, but I figured they were working on it.....but today I clicked on it & a pop-up window came on telling me they were going to miss me. Heavy sigh......I will miss you too!! So with a sad heart, I removed it from my computer.

I replaced it with a one line countdown from Firefox......not the same, but easy to see I'm under 43 days!!!!!!

It looked nice & roomy....kinda like the prem. rooms at the HoJo....which we loved!!!

Bought 2 Disney gift cards today: one for Tyler to use when I'm off with the Divas & the other one to cover my meals & the meals we do together.

Only thing left to add to a card or put aside is luggage fees, souvenirs, shuttle fees, etc.

Welcome Dianna!!! Yup, last year was my first year....but I had been following the Divas for 3 yrs & hand friended most of them on FB a couple years ago.....so it was like "old" friends!!

Cool that you still have your bag!! I still have mine, but its full of stuff & after the move, it got pretty beat up....but I still have it. This year's bag is smaller & not as artsy....but appropriate for the theme.....its the name tags I'm most excited about!!!!

Looking forward to seeing you in 41 days!!!!!!!!

I've been busy, busy working on the snack bags for the Meet-n-Greet party and the name tags. Last year (for those that followed me), remember the nightmare the bags became. I hand stenciled each bag & that ended up becoming a huge task. This year I went a whole lot simpler, but I think will go nice with our theme. I really can't tell you about them or show a picture at this point because I don't want to spoil the surprise for the divas attending......but I will try & remember to post pics of the bags & name tags after the party. I'm really excited about the name tags.....I came up with a really cool idea to play with the theme of Party of Peril & Disney Villians!!!!

I also ordered an item for the Villians exchange that night.

On top of all of that, I BOOKED our December trip package to WDW!!!! I'm so excited to be working towards a goal now!!

WDW ? I was not aware there had been a vacation change. Last I saw it was DL trip during Nov or Dec.

I can tell you WDW during Christmas is just wonderful. I spent a day traveling to different resorts to see the decorations they put up duing the holiday. I was there 2-9th of Dec a couple of years ago. Weather was perfect. No rain and no humidity. Temp was perfect. It can freeze in winter -- guess I got lucky.

One th9ing I hate about WDW is the travel time to the parks. I rented a car to make travel time way less. With handicapped for the girls you should not have any issues at all. During the time of Dec. I was there parking was never full.

I am very excited for you.

Since it appears I will be getting a bit more then a tank of gas from my portion of an oil well I want to plan a trip with kids and grandkids again this early summer of early fall. I might even have enough to stay at the GC. Being who I am and my up brining not sure if I can actually make a reservation there. LOL I will prob stay at PPH as I like it better then DLH. Going to let Grand kids decide. I sure it will be how good the pool slide looks to them.

At the end of the day --- excited you are going to WDW.

When we were pricing out the trip to DL (including travel, food, etc) we found we could go to WDW for a couple thousand more.......plus we're there for more days...so we decided to go for it!!! We're looking the 7th thru the 16th of Dec. So excited about this trip!!! We are going to rent a car, I don't want to deal with long lines for the transportation..when the girls are done...they're done!


We're at 40 Days Until Mom & Son Go to Disneyland & Meet up with the Divas!!!!

We're going to stay at the Pop Century!!! Might start a pre-trip today....hard to say....but I have a lot of excitement & this TR isn't the place to talk about it........... I"ll let you all know if I start one over there.

Need to get working on the name tags again....but might have to wait until after twins go down for naps...... They're way too helpful!
