DIS Digi Scrapper's Challenge #47 (3/4-3/10)

Thanks for the challenge. I tend to use more than one peice of paper so this was a challenge. I also didn't realize how much I have come to depend on a stich or staple! Thanks.

Krisi - I'm TOTALLY addicted to more than 1 paper and my stitches and staples. So it was a challenge in deed!! haha Yours turned out soooo cute. I LOVE IT! What a fun/cute memory! Nice job.

And yes - Josh and I were just talking about getting ourselves to WDW. It's just so much more expensive than our little trips to Disneyland!!! I don't think we can save enough money to go any time soon. :(

I too was so sad to see the Norway boat gone. :( BTW, here is what is left of the boat:

NorwayBoat.jpg

That is so sad! My kids just loved that boat!

I don't want to give anything away, but that part with the shield and the post is one stop on the Kim Possible Norway adventure.

There is more stuff from the ship way over on the other side of the area too. More shields, a mast and a couple of raised dragons type figures that were on the sides of the ship.

Britt Love the pictures and papers in your layout, what a fun kit and perfect for your pics.

Laura Really neat layout, I love the frame with journaling and the title mix.

Quiltymom I was thinking how fun that ride looks but sounds like it will be gone before we make it to DL. Love the circles and how well it goes with the pictures.

Jen What a magical moment; love the flowers and softness. I'll have to try using the stoke like that I was wondering how you cut out that circle in the corner.

Sharon Very neat shot, the red works and your DD is just so cute.

Pam Just gorgeous, what a great shot and the layout just makes it even better.

Kim I love that parade, really great way to put it together. Love the hat on the title!

mumloveseyeore That is so neat with Vader in the background, love the expressions.

Photobee I love the windows but don't think to take pictures, really pretty layout and perfect compliment to your photos.

Kathleena Love the journaling, title and cluster. So much there it takes a minute to see it all.

momto3boys How cute, love both your layouts. Really like the Mickey as the center on the ribbons. The whole thing just pops.

Susan Love that on Norway, I should have taken some pictures of the ship. :( Too bad the ship is gone.

Melissa Welcome back, looks like a fun lunch. We've never been brave enough to try it. Love the colors perfect for the time period.

Janis I love the flowers, I have some pictures that are pretty similar of the ones in Italy. I love the way you used the flowers as part of the framing.

Robin Adorable, I may have to get that kit too. Love the blending it looks like the door is right in the paper.

Krisi So cute, love the alphas and red swirls.

Janette - I LOVE Parades. They are one of my very favorite things at Disney. This page is GREAT. I really love it. The red, yellow and purple color scheme is really cute!

Four more hours until the deadline!! Any last minute entries??

Hi Everyone - thanks for the inspiration! Britt - thanks for hosting :) I don't get to scrap very much these days. I only have 10 weeks of pregnancy left so I need to get more pages done before the baby comes!

Jennifer - SOOO cute. I'm lovin' the pink. Love the journaling around the pics. Adorable.

Amanda - REALLY cute. Lovin' this mixture of products. What a cute cute LO!!

Such amazing LOs everyone!! After getting back from Disney, I got sick, and am just starting to feel close to normal. I desperately need to get my creativity back, I don't even know where to start to make a layout right now, lol! So, I missed this challenge. :( Hopefully the next one will get my scrapping mojo back!

And yes - Josh and I were just talking about getting ourselves to WDW. It's just so much more expensive than our little trips to Disneyland!!! I don't think we can save enough money to go any time soon. :(

Don't worry Britt we feel the same way. Living in CA makes Disneyland so much cheaper. We also figure WDW will need 2-3 weeks as we won't be going back anytime soon after we go. Our kids are just to little and with wanting more it may be 10+ years until we get to go. But DL is just as much fun (or at least I keep trying to tell myself that).

WOW, these are some amazing layouts this week!!! I'm glad I'm not in your shoes Britt, having to choose a favorite. ;) Great work everyone!

Sharon

Morning, everyone!

I'll have the next challenge up in a bit. I'll give you a hint and tell you that it's a template challenge. But first I gotta sign onto box.net and figure out how to get it all ready for you. I'll post here when it's done.

Well, I'm the opposite. We get to WDW at least once a year. Living in NC it's about a day's drive, so no plane tickets. I would absolutely LOVE to get to Disneyland! Walt actually walked through that park...can't say that about WDW. And I've heard that most of the attractions are so much better at DL. Don't get me wrong....I LOVE my WDW, but I need to get to DL someday.

Can't wait....I always love working with templates!

Allright - I've got the new challenge posted. You can get it here.

A bit of a warning: I've never done anything like this before, so if the download doesn't work, or if the template somehow is messed up, please let me know and I'll try to fix it. Here's hoping that it works!

See you over there. pixiedust:

I love all the sparkle, the circle of journaling that told the WHOLE story. The photo background. It's just a FAB layout, as I'm sure you all agree!!

So, quiltymom and DisneyBaby, watch your PM inboxes for a code to download my new "Sunshine In My Soul" kit!!

And to everyone else, thank you soooo much for playing along and having fun with me this week. It was a blast. Now - off we go to quiltymom's new challenge.
