Right, I have 2 weeks until I gorge myself stoopid in WDW so I'm going knuckle down and try really hard to lose those final 3lbs!!! I've been sensible over the weekend and intend to be even more so until Friday! My DH wants to lose 5 pounds too so he'll be joining in - it's gonna be a team effort... ;) :rotfl2: :rolleyes:
 
Hi all!

Coming in a bit late for March, I know, but I started my weight loss today. :teeth:

I am going to do Slim Fast for the next two weeks, and then switch over to Weight Watchers, as I lost over 3 stone on WW last year, so know it works for me. Trouble is with me at the moment, I'm eating such rubbish that WW seems really tough. SO I figured by doing SF first, when I do go over to WW it'll seem great!

I also made weight loss tickers as they really help keep me motivated:

This is one for a wedding we have coming up in May during my birthday weekend:

Not a regular here but have been on trying to lose weight since end of January.

So far I've lost 23.5 pounds :)
 
I have weighed my self today after not doing so last week and i am 3lbs lighter, so am pleased with that :goodvibes

OK I'm 15 8 1/2 this morning so no change. It's a shame as I was 15 7 1/2 yesterday morning.:confused3
