My weigh-in on Sunday was much more successful than the week before, I'd lost 1.5lbs, which I was pleased with. Back to that stone mark again!I'm away this weekend at Silverstone, so I'll be weighing in on Monday instead of my usual Sunday - hoping for a Jenson or Lewis win! But if that's the case, I'm sure I may have to have a few drinkies, which is all bad for the calories

Haven't made it to my weigh in this week as I haven't been feeling to well, just a bit of a virus but haven't been to work and didn't want to spread it around slimming group. Fallen a little bit off the wagon (too much comfort food) but will be back on the wagon as of tomorrow, honest.

I was ¼ lb heavier this morning (I really should know better than to stand on the scales everyday but )so perhaps the veg curry yesterday lunchtime wasnt such a healthy option after all might go for the soup today you cant go wrong with soup right??!
