Well I finally forced myself on to the Wii and did a body test - after 6 days of not really focusing on my diet or doing any exercise, I managed to STS - so thats a lot better than the gain I was anticipating - so total wieght loss since June 1st remains at 5lbs. I am trying a lot harder today - sticking to the calorie count and have been on the Wii Fit - hope to take a beach walk this evening if the weather stays as lovely as it is now. Would love to hit the 10 stone 7lbs target by July 1st - everything crossed my willpower will hold.

I weighed in yesterday after my weekend away at the Grand Prix and was highly surprised to learn I'd lost 1.5lbs! :lmao: After all those bacon butties in the tent in the morning I was expecting the worse!

Well done, especially after all that GP hospitality :goodvibes

....I don't know how I managed it but I lost 1.5 lbs :dance3: I am now just 1 lb off my stone sticker and I am determined that stone sticker will be mine next week. Now if i can just convince my mouth to stop eating junk food I will be sorted.....

I thought I'd share my before and after photos with you guys as you've been a great support to me. I've lost 34kg so far and I'm doing my SDD with 9kg to go.

...Well after not feeling too wel, missing a last weeks weigh in and having a very naughty week (three takeaways :rolleyes1) I was a bit nervous about stepping on those scales.

I am a bit disappointed as, despite my birthday, I have been pretty good. But I am really suffering with sinus/hayfever and feel/look like poop - so much so I got sent home from the gym yesterday as seems I shouldn't be exercising... :sad2:

Oh well, there's always next week...
 
Hope you don't mind if I just give a collective "well done" to all those who have lost ( and there have been some great losses) and stayed the same this week.

I had a terrible week this week, if it didn't move fast enough I ate it :rolleyes1 and the result is that I put on 2lbs :headache: Hope I can get back on track this week :thumbsup2
