Morning all,

I have lost 2lb this week so have lost 8lb in three weeks which I am really pleased with. My Hubby made some nice comments yesterday which has given me added motivation as its nice when other people notice a difference, good to know he notices some things other than footie scores;)

Hi Everyone.

Right I've been trying for two weeks to get back on my RC, I just can't seem to get into the mind set.
So I have cleared the cupboards and I'm ready! Tomorrow I am back on it! The count down to our trip is on and I don't want to get on the plane and think "god I need an extension seat belt!"

Anyway for the first two weeks and on and off it, I've managed to stay the same.
I am motivated by Natalie's face book status's lol!

I have lost just 1 measly little lb this week. However, that brings me to a total of 10 lb in 3 weeks - and means I have reached my first mini target so I'm well pleased with that :)

I lost 3lb this week so I think thats also 6lb in just over three weeks (25days!)
I have upped my excercise this week, so I put it down to that ::yes::

That's great Claire - apparently the slower you lose it the more likely you are to keep it off so it's looking good mate :)

Well done Paula-Jane - I am putting my 1lb loss down to the chocolate I had late last night - not that it was over my points, just that I ate it too late, I think
