Well done everyone :cool1:

I lost 2 lbs this week, I'm quite surprised as it wasn't the best week, must try harder!! :blush:

I lost 2lb this week which I guess is OK. My wii fitness coach arrived yesterday so I have done 30 mins on that too. The workouts on it seem quite good so I am going to do 30 mins with it every day if possible.

Well done Jen and Dana - I was toying with buying the Wii Fitness Coach too as I am getting a bit bored with the Step routine on Wii Fit.

Joh, at least you can use your wii.....ours is still in for repair :rolleyes:
 
Anyone else had that WW Creamed Caramel Rice? OMG its lush!! and only 1 1/2 points!
 

We made 'home-made' burgers tonight, they were lovely!

We used mince, thyme, garlic salt, a little salt & pepper, chopped onion and an egg to bind together. Then into the oven, gas mark 6 to 7 for 25-30 minutes. They went down a treat in our house :thumbsup2

Simple to make for a treat, without too much fat involved!

And - I forgot my weigh in this morning, too much rushing about to get down to the gym, so I'll go for it in the morning! Still, can't complain, spent a good hour and a half at the gym, so it won't have done me bad at all :)

Great weight losses everyone - and thanks for the recommendation on the Wii Fitness game, I'll check that out when pay-day arrives.

EDIT: I've been brave & jumped on the scales not long ago, and good news, I've lost another 2 & a half pounds! That's a total of 8 pounds so far, I'm pleased! :) Thanks for the encouragement you guys, this helps lots!
 
Just weighed in this morning 15st 10 1/4 so I've lost 2 3/4 lbs this week.:)
But only 3 1/2 lbs in total so I've still got a long ways to go.

At least I'm now heading in the right direction. :thumbsup2
Well done everyone, It's not easy to lose weight when the country is in a depression and the the weathers crap, comfort food is all too easy to turn to.:rolleyes:

I'm going to look out for that. I bought some Special K bars and after eating one was shocked to find they were 2.5 points. I can have a packet of quavers for 2, which I would much prefer.

I starved myself yesterday and went swimming two days running and reward myself with a healthy (ish) Indian take away last night - Chicken Shashlick (shared) hand ful of rice, one popadum and bombay potato and water instead of my usual lager:lmao:

Well done everyone. :) Unfortunately, I haven't lost anything this week :sad2: . I'm disappointed, but not surprised as I've snacked quite a bit. Have to try harder next week. Must try to "stop when I'm full" or preferably before that!
 
Hi Everyone.

Right I've been trying for two weeks to get back on my RC, I just can't seem to get into the mind set.
So I have cleared the cupboards and I'm ready! Tomorrow I am back on it! The count down to our trip is on and I don't want to get on the plane and think "god I need an extension seat belt!"

Anyway for the first two weeks and on and off it, I've managed to stay the same.
I am motivated by Natalie's face book status's lol!

WELL DONE everyone else.

Thanks Natalie for the Diet coke chicken recipe, i just made some for dinner and it was great i really enjoyed it and it was so easy to make! i had mine with ww spring mash and Veg =) .
