Sorry i havent posted in a week or so. Ive been away for a few days with work and stuck in some grotty hotel. Plus my internets been playing up - typical!
Anyway over the last 2 weeks i managed to lose another 2lbs so quite pleased with that as im still on target for May. 7lbs to go!
Im feeling really under the weather with a horrible cold at the moment so im having a break this week but still being sensible. Im still going to work so atleast that meants im not tempted to snack!
Well done everyone on their weight losses so far! Keep it up! Its normally at about this stage where i start to struggle and usually give up so this time im going to try making some changes to my diet - just need to figure out what they are lol!

I feel for you, I really do but please don't feel bad. IMO most women have a difficult relationship with food and there'll come a day when your daughter makes her own choices about diet plans/skipping meals/ drinking milk for lunch (what mine's currently doing!
) or whatever! You're not the only influence in her life, believe me - her peers, the media and even her own ideas will all affect her future dieting decisions...
