I will weigh myself in the morning as I know I had a bad week. I was going on the 6 day makeover plan but I was too ill with tonsillitus to care, so I kinda ate comfort food instead. The weekend was terrible for me, so I will give you my weight gain(likely) tomorrow.
Good going for all that have managed to lose after the holiday weekend. Never mind to those who didn't, there is always next week
Does anyone think WW is reall that good? I am considering doing that so I can at least do the points system. I did it about 5 years ago, so I'm sure it has changed considerably, and I remember losing 5 pounds in the first week, but nothing for the next few weeks after that. My doc recommends low carb (not Atkins tho) but I was wondering, as I already know the kind of foods I should stay away from, whether this plan may work for me. I can't stand the lack of variety in most diet plans, and I mean, it seems to work for most people
I have Polycystic Ovaries and I know low carbing seems to work, but I really need my carbs, otherwise I'm exhausted (and I'm not talking sweets or Coke here)
