Dis Dieters week beginning 5th May 08

i lost 1/2 lb (hang head in shame)
sorry to let the side down. (due on so think water retention, well i hope!!)

I'm having the toughest time yesterday and today trying to resist stodgy food and chocolate. :confused3 I gave in a couple of times. This is the hardest its been since I started. I wonder is it hormonal? I want chocolate so much right now, I'm almost upset. Silly I know. I'm hoping it will pass cause I really want to shift this weight.

I know where your coming from Deb I think once you've been dieting for a while then it just hits you and you have to have chocolate! If you're on a sw diet then you could flex your syns have what you fancy and get straight back on the diet the next day or just have something like a kitkat or a penguin bar and keep within your syn allowance. The best chocolate fix is crunchie which is only 9.5 syns so you can have it legally!! I get urges for chocolate all the time and I just try to tell myself that being thin will feel better than chocolate - sometimes it works and other times I have to give in to tempatation :)
 

ive had one of those weeks where the scales dont move and so ive got fed up and lost the plot again.
so im expecting a gain next week:guilty:

never mind will be back on track in the morning

Well done Tracy It's going in the right direction don't get discouraged :)
