Hello everyone :) ive posted next weeks thread a little early !!

last week was very good with a weight loss of

Just a 1lb loss for me this week, but I havent been very good, so Im quite pleased with that.:thumbsup2

I put on 1/2 lb this week. :rolleyes1

However, overall I have lost 2 stone 1 lb so I am still really pleased and motivated for this week!!
 
Oh dear, never mind Netty and Kathryn. I have STS this week - I weighed myself on Friday and I'd lost 3 1/2 lbs. Unfortunately, I decided that meant I could get away with being naughty over the weekend - obviously, I was a bit too naughty and the end result is I'm back where I started last week :sad2:

There's a lesson there somewhere - I'm staying firmly on the wagon this week and hoping to get rid of at least 2 lbs :thumbsup2
 
I am pleased to say that I can finally report a loss.....4lbs!!!! I am really pleased about it, and determined now to carry on as best I can! I am trying o eat really heathily and low fat when I am able, and then if I go out for a meal then I can have a small indulgence! This week I went to a BBQ and the naughty things I had were a small piece of garlic bread and a small piece of cheescake with loads of strawberries. The rest of the meal was just chicken, a jacket potato and lots of salad. So I should be able to manage it with the odd treat when I go out!
I am also trying to walk when I am off work, and want to start swimming this week!

Good luck everyone, it is difficult when so much of socialising centres around food and drink!

Well, I didn't go to WW last week as I had my cousin here, so this week I need to lose at least 1-2 pounds.

Don't suppose the wine at the weekend helped either !! :lmao:
 
I have put on 2lb, :eek: AND I am fed up of eating the same things :sad2:

I think I will do 'WW no count' for a change and see if that helps. I have already prepared some different lunches which incl pasta.:thumbsup2

I think that when I do the same thing for too long I get a little liberal with the portion size and stop weighing everything and incl the odd glass of wine that i forget to count :eek: Its amazing how the little extras show on the scales! especially in BBQ season :cool2:

yep, i find that, its easy to overestimate on portion sizes, and the odd little bit extra doesn't really matter...:rolleyes:
