dis dieters,WEEK BEGINNING 2nd july....

Well, by some miracle, I have managed to lose 1 lb this week - probably due to being stuck at the hospital all last night so ate nothing yesterday except a bowl of muesli at 10 o'clock yesterday morning :sad2:

Anyway, that's a total of 12 lb in 6 weeks, which I'm happy with :thumbsup2

Well done Harry, Kaylee and Nat - good luck to all those who still have to weigh in :goodvibes

I put 0.5 lb back on:sad2: but i have been away for 2 weeks so i'm not going to be too cross with myself. had a restart today so started a food diary and did 1 hr of Davina work out dvd, probably won't be able to walk for the next week;) got to kick my butt into gear and lose some more by the time i go to mum's again in august.

Well, 3 days into my Atkins diet and I have lost 4 pounds:woohoo: I now have 1 stone to lose and I am at target:banana: The induction lasts 2 weeks so I'm excited to see what I have lost by next Thur.
Congrats to everyone who has lost weight this week, keep up the good work everyone:thumbsup2
 
only a 1pound loss for me, but at least its something and its going in the right direction! :woohoo: :woohoo:

A tiny 0.5lb loss for me this week. However, I've not been especially active or good plus I know it's going to be a s-l-o-w process now that I have to lose just 7.5lbs to reach my target. Managed to slip convincingly into that elusive smaller dress size too... :goodvibes

I just want to thank everyone who contributes to this thread and especially Nat for keeping it going - I, for one, really appreciate it! :hug: It's kept me on top of my weight (I am a serial scales-avoider!) and I'm now the lowest I have been for many years. I feel really good about myself and, according to DH, I don't look half bad either! ;)
