Hey guys, I too have lost 2 pounds No inches it seems, but my DF says he's noticed a difference over the last 2 weeks. That is 7 pounds is 2 weeks!!!

well done Kren, I'm the thinnest I've been for years tto, its a great feeling isn't it? my work skirts are all falling down so I'm actually looking forward to my new uniform arriving!
I'm not actually on a proper diet as such. I have just changed what i eat. I now have fruit for breakfast, a salad with loads of protein inc tuna, chicken, pasta, nuts (hold on I'm looking in my salad right now) lettuce, cucumber, carrots, grapes, apple,sweetcorn, cottage cheese, I think that's it. It is honestly the best salad ever! For dinner I have chicken or fish with loads of veg and sometimes a baked sweet potato. I also do 15 min elliptical before I eat 3 times a day. So far I have lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks, although I wasn't so good this last week, had a take out, indulged in several bags of mini cheddars and chocolate cookies Still though, I lost 2 pounds this week even after over indulging.

Hi Tracey - I've got just over 11 weeks till I go too and I am desperately trying to lose a stone before then. I actually want to lose 2 stone in all but will be happy to get half of that off before 20th August.
I do Slimming World, although I don't go to the classes. I find it works best for me because I don't tend to eat much during the day but like to have a big dinner. So I eat muesli and fruit during the day, then have jacket potato and steak or chicken for dinner. It means I can also have a treat, which is usually a packet of crisps (Wotsits or French Fries) or a mini chocolate bar.
It does work well when I stick to it (which I've not been very good at over the last few weeks). At the moment, I am setting myself mini challenges and my current one is to lose 7lbs by the end of June. I lost 4lbs this week so I'm over half way there
