Sorry the thread is a little late ( i blame the school holidays )

last weeks weight loss was

12.5lb

Well done to Jen ...she lost 5lb :cool1:

I am not following the plan at the moment as I haven't been able to get my head around it....I hope to rejoin in the next week or so as I need to lose weight before WDW in December!

Wow 12.5lb we did briliantly!
I'm trying to stay focused with this Oct trip now creeping up on me.

I am having chips tonight! thought I should admit that one! but I didn't cash in any of my treat allowances over the weekend.

I want to shed a few pounds before my holiday so I'll be joining you next week, thing is I have people staying this weekend with lots of yummy (read non-diet) food planned so I will start Monday and weigh in the following week. I won't be attending any WW or SW - I'll just be calorie counting and exercise increasing :angel: no doubt I'll be needing a boost along the way - I particularly find that first week particularly hard....

I have STS for the gazzillionth week. I'm going to have one last big push to lose a few pounds next week - but tbh, I'm happy with the way my dieting has gone this time :)
