DIS DIETERS, week beginning 20th August

I lost 1 and a half lb this week and got my 3 and a half stone award :)

BOO HOOOO I put on 1lb this week! Shelby has been stressing me out though so I think I have been comfort eating! I am trying to be good now though.

Well done to everyone who has lost, I agree that STS isn't bad - I would much rather STS than put on! Welcome Mandy!

Thanks Hun, the only trouble is we are all going away this weekend and cos it's bank holiday there is no WW meeting. :scared1: Blimey anything could happen! :rotfl:

I'm so out of the zone this week - I dread to think what the scales will say on Friday morning! I'm feeling a little low due to the side-effects of my psoriasis meds and turned to a KitKat for comfort this afternoon! :sad2: Hopefully I'll buck up tomorrow and get motivated again.

Sorry to gatecrash this thread, but I would definitely recommend WW to anyone who is struggling alone (no, I'm not on commission). I've lost nearly 4 stone with them since the end of Feb. Just make sure you write down EVERYTHING you eat (actually that probably helps whatever eating scheme you're following), it's amazing how an odd bite here and there can add up!

I put on 5 lbs from my wdw holiday! not too bad i thinks :rotfl:
