last weeks weight loss was 15.5lb

Unfortunately, I stayed the same YET AGAIN This week, though, I am gonna be really, really, really good. The sunshine over the weekend has at leaat made me realise I need to be able to wear my shorts again

Joh, i had this problem a couple of weeks ago but persevered and the next week lost 4lb so maybe it was water retention or something, please don't lose hope but i know how frustrating it is especally when the sun shines. Good luck for next week, i will cross my fingers for you

2.5 lb off for me this week, i'm really pleased as i've now hit the 2 stone goal i set for my holiday!!! next goal is another 7lb off before i go to Portugal on 13th June to see my mum! sounds easy but i will be in Florida for 2.5 of those 6 weeks!
