I had a sneaky jump on the scales this morning and it looks as though I might be heading in the right direction at last so fingers crossed for a result next week :goodvibes
 
Thanks everyone. :goodvibes I went to the meeeting last night and I found it quite good. The group seems to be a good one and the group leader is new as well. I think it will take me a while to get into it but have decided the core plan will be better for me at the moment. If I don't like it I can always swap to the points plan I suppose. Anyone any ideas for recipes for some meals?
