Thanks everyone. I went to the meeeting last night and I found it quite good. The group seems to be a good one and the group leader is new as well. I think it will take me a while to get into it but have decided the core plan will be better for me at the moment. If I don't like it I can always swap to the points plan I suppose. Anyone any ideas for recipes for some meals?

hi Ruth, I joined ww again last night, i was already a member(slipped) but i decided to have a fresh start. I have decided to do the points plan this week and the core plan next week. good luck to you i'm sure you'll do very well
