yes, Florence has been a real inspiration to us all, she's done amazingly well and I'm sure she's really happy with herself now, she's cool :cool1:

I've put on a pound this week, which is frustrating as I've been as good as gold. I think it's probably a bit of fluid retention and it'll undoubtedly shift all of a sudden - that's often a pattern for me.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good Detox? I'd like to do a 10 day one a week or so from now when I'll have a window of opportunity. If it works, I could then do the same in the 10 day lead up to my holiday.
 
i bet that 1lb will come off next week deb :) i can't help with detox its not something ive ever attempted :confused3

I've lost 1 pound, which isn't too bad considering how bad I was at the weekend:guilty: I am going to give the Cabbage Soup diet a go for 7 days starting on Monday. I think my body is getting to used to the way I'm eating so I just want to surprise it again. I'll weigh in on Monday next week as I don't want to weigh myself during.
As for detoxing I heard that the Cabbage Soup diet is a great way to detox, it's only for 7 days so it is bearable, It claims you can lose 10 pounds in a week, but I'd be happy with anything above 2 to be honest. I have 67 days left until my wedding and I want to be a beautiful :bride: so I have to really get to work!
 
:goodvibes Hi, I've not been on the DIS for a while. I STS last week and this week I lost 1lb. I've had a bad weekend also. Congrats to all who have lost.
 
I lost 2lbs this week, I have 14 more pounds to reach my target and I will have lost 3 stone, which has taken forever.

I hope to reach my target for my holiday so I am trying very very hard, to be good.
 
I'm astonished to report that I have lost another 2lb this week! :cool1: :banana: :cheer2: The difference is really starting to show and I only have another 8lbs to lose to get to my goal! :woohoo:


I will have lost 3 stone, which has taken forever...
I know the feeling. On the positive side, the slower to lose, the less likely it is to return...
