Wow Jeanette, what a nightmare, well done:thumbsup2

I just wanted to say I'M HUNGRY!!!!!

Trying to only eat when I'm hungry, cut the portion size, think about every mouthful, have only put proper good food into my mouth for 4 days and no junky bad treats, but I just want to have a binge:lmao:I won't, i just would like to.
Going to make myself a jacket potato and then go food shopping, the problem with eating fresh and healthy is it needs topping up every few days.

Wanted to pass on this tip too: have a boiled egg in the morning if you like them, they really do help beat hunger. I ran out of eggs so didnt have one this morning and i am really feeling the hunger difference, going to be stocking up.

Oh and i had a peek on the scales this morning and after 4 days it would appear I have lost 3lb:banana: I say appear as dependant on where you put the scales you can get different readings, moves off the 0, but in 4 different locations it seems the 3lb is real:lmao:

Must remember to go pump up my aerobics ball too, it came with 2 core workout dvds and they are a lot of fun, a lthough Brooke Burke is way too pretty and annoying to be lecturing me!

Good luck for everyone over the weekend, my children are gone which means me and Colin normally eat out maybe twice in 2 days, eeks!! dont slip everybody
:hug::hug:

I have lost 2lbs!! :yay:
Quite good going me thinks! we are having building work done and i have been without hot water and no cooker for the past few days, so all i have is my microwave to use!

Thats fab, well done:cool1:

I have just weighed in and I too have lost 2lbs :yay:

Well, I have lost 4lbs. Not bad, but not good. Last night I went out to a tapas bar called La Tasca in Windsor and had lots of fun and unfortunately lots of Fizzy Sangria. Still back on my diet again today!

I did not weigh in this week I have been sooooooo bad with a night out lots of wine and take away! Back on track this week..I hope

Oh wow guys everyone is doing so well Im amazed at the weight loss already !!

Im trying to follow the gi diet which is so easy - even allows you a treat size mars bars a day but Im struggling to get on track and to stay away from the sweetie jar !!

Just fyi the gi diet reccomends eggs for breakfast but a maximum of 4 a week ( so claires tip is a good one !!) The hardest part is it says no Bread and I  my bread

So theres my confession and you guessed it - no weight lost this week :sad1:

thats ok louise, after a good week i have gained 1lb!
im going to zumba class on tuesday whihc will be funny and then im seeing my specialist a week on monday so am going to speak to him...
happy days:goodvibes, im not too stressed, i have pcos which stops me losing weight, so just going to be careful until the appt on 28th..

I weighed in yesterday but did not get a chance to post, I STS the same as the last time I weighed in a few weeeks ago. I know it has yoyo'd a bit as when we were away at the end of the school holidays I over indulged (Stella you will be my downfall).

Well schools are back and the gym is beckoning so here's hoping for a good week.

Well done all here and best of luck for the week ahead.

:wizard: Good Luck to you all getting back on track this week guys :wizard:

Thanks for all the tips Claire, I don't usually have breakfast, but maybe I should try and change things around a bit as I love poached eggs

Breakfast is definitely the way to go!!
I find it hard to eat breakfast as I hate eating in the early morning  but I do notice a big difference when it comes to lunch time. At lunch, I feel much more "in control" of what I eat if I've had a good breakfast.

IYKWIM...

Great tip Claire. When I do have breakfast, it's often an egg :goodvibes

Well done so far everybody, and good luck for the coming week

I think that breakfast really is a must and I would normally go for cereal or Paw Ridge (somehow we ended up with boxes of the stuff) with dried fruit, it really sets me up for the day and gets me through to lunch without needing a Mars bar.
